Terms of service

General Policy

Booking Appointments:

  1. All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online platform, phone, or in person.

  2. To help reserve your appointment, we ask that you use online booking to input your information as well as a valid credit card; so that you are properly added into the system. This creates ease with checkout, and future bookings.

  3. Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled session, and 10 minutes of their initial session.

  4. Please allot for an additional 15-30 minutes for your initial massage appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

For our cancellation policy, we please ask that you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. Please note cancellations 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service unless of emergency, or unexpected sickness. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service. As a small business, it is not always guaranteed I can fill an empty spot with short notice, so thank you for complying with the cancellation policy, understanding my livelihood, and keeping my business running smoothly.

Payment

  1. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

  2. Packages, gift certificates and memberships must be paid upfront and are non-refundable, but transferable under certain conditions.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or consultations will remain confidential and is only used for providing wellness services.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication and behavior toward practitioners and other clients. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by client as deemed by the practitioner will be asked to leave, and/or terminated from returning back. 

Yoga Policies

Health and Safety:

  1. Clients must inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations before class.

  2.  Eir Integrative is not responsible for injuries sustained due to undisclosed health concerns, misunderstanding of teachings, or improper form.

Arrival and Equipment:

  1. Please arrive on time or come in no later than 5 minutes past the allotted class time so as to not disrupt the other students.

  2. Clients are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and props for hygienic reasons.

Private Yoga:

Private sessions are tailored to individual needs. A brief consultation will precede the first session to set goals.

Massage Therapy Policies

Consultation:

First-time clients must complete a health intake form and consultation to customize the massage session to their needs.

Health Conditions:

  1. Clients must disclose any health concerns, including allergies, injuries, or conditions (e.g., pregnancy).

  2. Practitioners may refer clients to a healthcare provider if massage is contraindicated.

Session Etiquette:

  1. Clients should arrive clean and wear comfortable clothing.

  2. Clients will be asked to disrobe to their comfort level, or pending the service chosen and/or health ailments, they may be asked to fully disrobe (so the licensed practitioner can reach/treat the affected area).

  3. Proper draping will be maintained at all times by both practitioner, and client.

Late Arrivals:

Sessions will end no more than 5 minutes past the allotted service time regardless of late arrivals, and full payment will be required.

Nutrition Services Policy

Consultations:

Nutrition guidance is provided based on client intake, holistic and integrative principles, as well as the Medical Medium information. Although these services can act as preventative and provide healing solutions/protocols, these services still do not replace medical advice from licensed healthcare professionals.

Preparation:

Clients must complete an intake form detailing their dietary habits, medical history, and goals before the first session.

Responsibility:

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any food allergies, or dietary restrictions during consultations.

Follow-Ups:

Follow-up sessions are recommended to monitor progress, and make adjustments.

Program Compliance:

Results depend on the client’s adherence to the recommended protocols.

Sanitation and Hygiene Policies

All equipment, mats, and massage tables are sanitized after each session. Hand sanitizer is available, and practitioners wash hands before and after each session.

Health Screenings

Clients with symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough) are required to reschedule without fee if within 24+ hours of session. Day of cancellation due to sickness will result in a 50-100% fee as to the discretion of your practitioner.
